Push Pull DPDT Pot 500k Audio Taper Pot, Spilt Shaft (24 Spline)
Supplied complete with 1 x nut, 1 x washer and 1 x lock washer, this 500k audio taper (log) pot is CTS's own push/pull pot allowing for various additional wiring possibilities such as coil-tapping or phase switching. 24 spine split shaft for USA-Fender or Gibson knobs to push-fit straight on (or any of our own push-fit knobs that are labelled as 24 spline). 500k value is typically used in conjunction with Humbucker pickups.
Checking the thread length: this particular pot has a 9.5mm thread length and will fit most instruments such as Gibson SG or any guitar that has the controls mounted through a pickguard (scratchplate). However, a lot of the standard production USA Gibson Les Paul guitars (non-Historic) have thick maple tops, meaning that this pot will not be long enough. Instead, the long-shaft 19mm version is recommended with part code CTS-A500-PPL.
