At Armstrong Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
